We can’t believe the day finally came and gone. Our kick off to our ride was at the Delta Police Station. With only a few days notice the Delta Police organized a gathering of officers, community members and kids from the Boy and Girls Club to send us off. Their association even made a $200.00 donation. They demonstrated the true meaning of brother/sisterhood in the policing community. Big thanks to the Delta Police Service!!!
So our first day of riding was from Delta Police Station to Hope which was 176 kms. We took the Coquihalla Hwy which isn’t the easiest route but it is the safest.
Big thanks to Travelodge Hotel for helping us with our accommodations for the night.
